Use before or after color, bleach, relaxers , perms. May be added to color and bleach. Use as a leave-in treatment for coarse hair or rinse conditioning on fine hair. Helps eliminate chemical odors as it restores balance and helps strengthen processed hair.

How to Use:

• As a pre-treatment, apply evenly over dry hair. Leave in 3-7 minutes and rinse

• May be mixed with color and bleach approximately a half an ounce of First and Finish in every 2-3 ounces mixture

• May be added to perms 1/2 ounce to 3 ounces of neutralizing solution
